Staff can select one-on-one naturopathic and nutritional consultations, either as an express consultation (30 minutes) or a full consultation (60-90 minutes). Initial consultations allow us time to get to know individual staff members by conducting a full case history, discussing current health complaints and ailments, health goals, dietary analysis and physical assessments, which may include iridology, tongue and nail diagnosis, zinc testing, adrenal gland assessment, blood pressure assessment and blood test analysis.  A bespoke natural health plan will then be provided, which includes goals, meal ideas, recipes and recommendations of any nutritional supplements, herbal medicine or homeopathic remedies, where necessary.
