Maternity Leave

As most of you know by now, I’m shutting up shop and giving myself a few months off as I take on the new role of motherhood. I am just bursting with love and we can't wait to meet our little prince or princess. So, I’m giving myself a well-earned break and making sure I devote all my attention where I should; to my little family.

I will continue to blog from time-to-time and promise I’ll try not to swamp you all with photos of bubby’s feet. You see, I’m a bit of a weirdo and totally admit to having a foot fetish for babies' cute little itsy-bitsy toes!

I am on maternity leave from August 2014 to January 2015 so I won’t be seeing any of your gorgeous faces or meeting any new ones until the New Year. From January I’ll be returning to The Pilates Centre Mosman to offer detox & cleansing workshops as well as naturopathy and nutrition programs.

Before I go, I’ve uploaded my latest recipe – Choc-Berry Muffins  which are gluten-free and sugar-free, of course.  They've gotten me through the last couple of months of pregnancy and I promise you, when you’d normally give in to the smell of sweet muffins at your local café or bakery, these home-made ones will hit the spot.
