Here’s a 2-ingredient chocolate jaffa bark that’s ridiculously quick, easy and delicious to make, and when you bust it out for dessert with friends, it also looks a little bit fancy pants. It’s free of refined sugar, wheat, egg and a lot of the typical nasties found in chocolate desserts.
100 grams of dark chocolate (i use Green & Blacks Organic 85% dark chocolate)
6-8 drops doTERRA Wild Orange essential oil
Melt chocolate and add in essential oils
Stir to combine
Pour the chocolate mixture into a baking tin that’s lined with baking paper
Sprinkle with any number of toppings: goji berries, sultanas, dried figs, coconut flakes, raspberries, macadamia nuts, slivered almonds, etc.
Place it in the fridge for a few minutes to let it set
Break into pieces and voila
